Derek Carlock – Founder & CEO
Derek Carlock is the founder of Sequel2, a full service internet marketing organization that helps business owners strategically build and grow their business online. Since 2006, Derek has personally developed and managed over 500 client accounts, from small business start-ups like NuttyBuddy.com to large Franchise Organizations like PremierGarage.
Today, Derek and the team at Sequel2 are optimizing online businesses from the ground up.
We took an organization like JumpinJammerz.com that does millions each year in online sales and completely revolutionized their online, and offline business. We reduced online order errors, reduced man hours and time spent during order fulfillment, and streamlined accounting from an out-of-date- system, straight to the cloud. We did this by analyzing their business as individual components that all need to work together.
Taking a holistic view of internet marketing, Derek and the team at Sequel2 are able to transform businesses both online, and offline.
For fun, Derek enjoys spending time outside playing golf, playing with his dog Gentry, and traveling with his wife Victoria.

Curtis Hornaday – COO
A native of Scottsdale, AZ, Curt graduated from Arcadia High School and continued his education at Regis University (Denver, CO) where he played baseball for the Rangers and graduated in the winter of 2009 with a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation Curtis returned to Scottsdale to become the Business Manager for a local e-commerce company specializing in athletic protective equipment.
After two years in the e-commerce world, Curt branched into the internet marketing industry and joined Derek in October of 2011.
When not sitting at his computer, Curtis enjoys watching the Diamondbacks, playing softball, and spending time with his Golden Retriever – Sadie.
